What are the Installation guidelines?

- cement-based mortar or thin-set only

- no grout lines between tiles

- edge to edge for traditional style

- note orientation for letters N and S

- blanks and apostrophes to be cut on site

- please cut tiles as needed to perfect the layout

What is your Maintenance and Warranty Policy?

The tiles are maintenance-free and should last the lifetime of the foundation. We provide no warranty as the tile is only as strong as the foundation and is the installer’s liability. Please email with any questions or concerns.

When should I expect my order to arrive?

All orders begin production upon full payment. Due to the extensive labor and intricate craft of handmade ceramics, the current lead time for completion and shipping is 8-10 weeks. If you need your order in 4-6 weeks, an additional 30% rush fee can be added.

What is your return policy?
